How to Pay for a FlexOps software package |

 Purchasing a FlexOps package
- All payments must be made within 7 days of the date of the invoice.
- VAT is extra
- Annual license charges are 25% of the total acquisition cost of the software
- These are due twelve months after the installation of the software
Leasing Options.
- Concerned about the impact of buying software on your cash flow?
- We can arrange leasing terms for the whole package over a three or five year period and are subject to status check
- Total leasing terms can include annual license renewal fees.
- Payments are fixed over monthly or quarterly periods for the duration of the lease.
- Easy to budget for payments at the start of each financial year.
Why Lease?
- Monthly payments usually less than the monthly wages of hiring an additional administrator.
- Acquisition can be afforded and self financed through improvements in efficiency
